You would be intelligent with a mix of booksmart and common sense (you'd be surprised) You are a good looking physically fit guy, but not a gym rat. If you were at the gym 2 or 3 hrs a day, how would you have time for me? You wouldn't lie about having an athletic build. I'm not expecting a perfect physique, as I'm not perfect either, but be honest please. If you are that guy, you would be a "city" you would love doing all kinds of activities, outdoors and in.
