Alot has changed in dating since ***. lol My first date would be something simple so that we could talk a lot. Maybe a nice quiet afternoon cooking outside, maybe crawfish,drinking a beer just hanging out getting to know each other.

Ok, something about me. Well, my life is pretty full right now - I have 3 great kids (1 married and out on his own), 2 seriously over indulged "accessory" dogs, a fantastic job and some of the best friends anyone could ask for. But if your only idea of fun requires a condom and the back seat of your Chevy, keep moving on - I'm tired of being used. Obviously that didn't work out. But I haven't given up hope that I'll meet someone again - I just can't believe God intends for people to live their lives alone, unless they choose to be. As full as my life is, I'm still going it alone and that isn't what I had planned. I miss the closeness that comes with a committed relationship. I miss how you can communicate volumes by a single touch. I miss how you can tell what he's thinking by the look of his face. I miss big bear hugs! I love how he knows all my faults, my good side as well as my bad side, all of my most embarrassing secrets, yet, he still wants to be with . Did I mention I miss big, bear hugs? I like to make dinner at home and watch a movie as much as going out. I'm very fun-loving, easy-going and I love to have fun. A quiet place to talk and get to know one another would be ideal.

(if you are an avid cyclist, maybe I can build up my interest level) I do not own a mountain bike, but if you do and would like to teach me, I am open to the idea.DANCING-I love to 2-step & Waltz, the old fashioned buckle polishing kind, not the dance school twirly stuff. Old towns and exploring places is fun, especially if you have someone special to explore with.COMEDY clubs/acts.I even like HOT RODS, DRAG RACES, a bit of Nascar too.Motorcycle enthusiast, not a real "Biker Woman".HORSEBACK riding is interesting, but I would need a good teacher so I could learn the correct way to ride. I loved it and wish I still had it.If you have different interests, please make suggestions, I am flexible.I have varied interests and am open to learning new things if you would like to take the time to share your interests with me.Being single can be fun, but having someone to spend some quality time with would be nice. If it turns into more, we will know.I believe that there can be great relationships of all kinds, just go into it knowing what the desired end result is......I don't have children or grandchildren, but, I do appreciate a man who is good Dad and loves his children.I am interested in expanding my cooking skills, so if you have a few kitchen favorites, show me your skills and I'll do the dishes... I enjoy helping around the house and have some good skills. Yard work can be fun too...MOVIES are not my strong point, but I am interested in relaxing at home or a quiet night out to catch a movie.
