On my more adventurous side, I love a long motorcycle ride in the country and like to go to the gun range.I'm not interested in men that aren't comfortable being by themselves; I feel everyone should experience standing on their own two feet and making their way. That tells me you're confident in yourself which is a huge plus! If you're recently divorced or separated, give yourself a chance to get all that squared away before putting yourself out there.Good looks, financial stability and confidence are great but I want someone who gets my sense of humor and can make me laugh - that's a deal breaker. If you're agnostic or atheist, we're not compatible. I'm giving this a whirl because, dag gone it, I'm kind of a big deal and don't want any of you who have the same interests to miss out. That's sarcasm, by the way. I'm not the prettiest, the thinnest, the smartest or the most worldly woman you may meet but I can hold my own and come baggage and drama and free. Top THAT ladies! First dates are harrowing for all of us so for me, the first time I meet someone shouldn't be an all out, jam packed evening. Sharing a glass of wine and some mutual conversation without an all night commitment works best for me. I want to get to know someone and if I've made a date with you, I'm interested in what you have to say. If it lingers into dinner - great, if not we've not blow a Saturday night.

I guess the first thing you should know about me is that I am fortunate. Fortunate to have a great family whom I love and adore, keep me busy, make me laugh (and cry), who drive me nuts at times (as I am sure I do them!) and who mean the world to me. Each of my children are growing up to be fine young men and they make me proud.Fortunate to absolutely love my career. I am around people each day, and again, get to laugh every day. I am outside a lot for my job and it's just plain fun! I learn something new all the time and try to put it into practice in my job. Fortunate to have had an education and see the benefits of the love of learning.Fortunate that I learned how to cook from my Mom and have picked up a few tricks from friends! I love great food, planning, preparing and cooking for friends. Any dinner party seems to start and end in my kitchen..........I have a really nice living room, but we all end up in the kitchen! Of course a good glass of wine is welcome any time.Fortunate to live close to the water as that is where I love to be. I love the sound water makes (although not too fond of rain!), being on it in a boat, or in it swimming. I enjoy skiing in the winter and for some reason keep trying to improve my golf game! Live theatre is wonderful and a movie always entertaining.Fortunate that I have travelled and am planning to do more of it in the winter. There is so much of the world to see and so many ways in which to see it!Fortunate in that I have loved in the past, but am missing that connection now................. Wine? Coffee?

I am a separated mother of 3 who stays very busy getting my children to and from all of their activities. I love sports especially baseball, football and basketball. College sports are my favorite although I am an avid Yankees fan. My favorite place in the world is the beach. Lived there for seven years and love getting my toes in the sand every chance I get. I think I am one of those rare people that love their job. I love what I do and don't mind getting up and going to work every day. I like to work out whether it's walking or at the gym. I don't watch much television but when I do it's either a ballgame or NCIS. Do not like any reality TV. I like all kinds of music. My least favorite is country (although I don't find it intolerable) but my favorite is hip/hop, i.e. Robin Thicke, Pink, Usher, Pit Bull - songs you can dance to. I love to dance. I enjoy just hanging out, going out dancing, going to sporting events. At this point in my life I am looking for someone to spend time and have fun with.
