I guess the first thing you should know about me is that I am fortunate. Fortunate to have a great family whom I love and adore, keep me busy, make me laugh (and cry), who drive me nuts at times (as I am sure I do them!) and who mean the world to me. Each of my children are growing up to be fine young men and they make me proud.Fortunate to absolutely love my career. I am around people each day, and again, get to laugh every day. I am outside a lot for my job and it's just plain fun! I learn something new all the time and try to put it into practice in my job. Fortunate to have had an education and see the benefits of the love of learning.Fortunate that I learned how to cook from my Mom and have picked up a few tricks from friends! I love great food, planning, preparing and cooking for friends. Any dinner party seems to start and end in my kitchen..........I have a really nice living room, but we all end up in the kitchen! Of course a good glass of wine is welcome any time.Fortunate to live close to the water as that is where I love to be. I love the sound water makes (although not too fond of rain!), being on it in a boat, or in it swimming. I enjoy skiing in the winter and for some reason keep trying to improve my golf game! Live theatre is wonderful and a movie always entertaining.Fortunate that I have travelled and am planning to do more of it in the winter. There is so much of the world to see and so many ways in which to see it!Fortunate in that I have loved in the past, but am missing that connection now................. Wine? Coffee?

I'm a cat person more than a dog person. I am more of an indoor person. I like the outdoors sometimes, especially for a picnic :) I do not like to travel in planes so I don't. I do like day trips. I've always wanted to get a tattoo but I seriously doubt I ever will. I like lots of different kinds of music but not so much the 70's. I like to dance but I'm terrible at it. I like to make people laugh when the opportunity arises. Although sometimes I can be melancholy. I do not like hanging around someone whose talk is laced with profanity. I try to be a good listener because everyone needs to be heard.I have nothing to hide. If you want to know something just ask. I take his arm in my little black dress and high heels. We drive off to an exotic restaurant. The conversation is stimulating and exciting. We gaze at each other while playing footsie. Time flies by as we are so into each other. **POP**OOPS sorry I was dreaming :-) We meet, converse, you check me out, I check you out. I believe in seeing if we can be friends first and seeing where things go. Because if you can't be friends it will always end. Just so you know, I'm not here for a fling or a one night stand. I imagine we'd meet at a restaurant the first time, nothing fancy, just somewhere to chat and see if there is a connection of some sort.
