In the last few years I have taken much more of an interest and selective approach to healthy diet and balanced living as a way to get the most out of living and loving. I believe good attitude, compassion, a healthy diet and exercise are key to maintaining a positive approach/response to life and having lots of enthusiasm and energy to partake of life's pleasures and surprises.
