Very much enjoy rock, jazz, classical and some country. Favorite *** guitar & piano. :) Walks, nature trails, cycling, swimming and fitness workouts are activities important to my lifestyle. I believe good attitude, compassion, a healthy diet and exercise are key to maintaining a positive approach/response to life and having lots of enthusiasm and energy to partake of life's pleasures and surprises.
