About Me

Things about me.... Well I'm a fulltime student in college at the time. It was a hard decision to go back to school, but I'm glad I did. I want to live life to it's fullest. I am trustworthy, loyal and fun person to be around. I don't like taking life too seriously but know when to be serious. I am seriously looking for that companionship that everyone wants. I enjoy my single life but it is missing something. Is that something you? I like the "country life" , the simple things in life. I enjoy trying new things and just about anything as long as I'm having fun. Something simple. A nice picnic in the park with walking and talking getting to know each other. Nothing fancy needed for me.

Likes: my kids, laughter, my Kindle, my iPod, my laptop (are you seeing a pattern here?), honesty, music, curiosity, leisurely strolls, good food, kisses, coffee, road trips, Vodka and Cran, anything chocolate (ever tried chocolate jujubes?), kindness and respect.Dislikes: calories, bugs, dishonesty, poor spelling, tactlessness, doing dishes.I’m open to dating at first (not a serial dater, more monogamous), but ultimately looking for something to develop into a relationship.I am Really Good At:Laughing, genuinely, even at silly jokes.Being a mother.Cooking, but not doing the dishes. Seriously, I'll hide dishes in the stove to clean up faster if company's coming. Wait, is this list what I'm good at or what I'm bad at? And did I really just admit that I hide dishes? Oops. Hugging, and making others feel better.Balancing work and life. Not nagging, we're all adults here. Not dragging my man around shopping with me. I'm quite capable of going out by myself! What I'm Thinking About Currently:How I lived before Google.Kissing.Is 46 the new 36?Family.Music (love classic rock). Are you going to send me a message? The order of my Netflix queue. What to put on my Kindle next. :(You Should Message Me If:You believe in love and romance. You think that your already-pretty-great life is better when shared with someone, and you’re ready to find that someone now-ish.You’re as likely (and as happy) to spend Sunday lazying away as you are to be playing games and enjoying the outdoors, but no matter what you do, there will be brunch and coffee and laughter. You don't hate The Beatles. You aren't judgmental. Meet for a coffee or drink and see if we share a connection

I have and also seek out people with integrity. That is one of the most important qualities a person can have. I don't have an agenda; I just moved here in Sept. I'd just like to meet new people and make friends and go from there. I'm good at making friends but with matters of the heart I seem to be more reserved. I am very friendly and outgoing BUT when it comes to one on one dates I'm like an awkward teenager! I prefer face to face group interactions over single dating—I'm not a serial dater nor do I like to use my time *** and forth or on the phone— I feel like I'm being interviewed. Am I the only one that feels this way? Feel like dating sites are full of people with agendas and checklists? What's the rush? I think the best way to get to know someone is to see them out in a group of people and how they interact with them. Chemistry is only one part of the equation. Are they social? Or socially awkward? Do they smile? Do they engage in intelligent or witty conversation? Or have nothing to say? Do they give off a good vibe? You can't get answers to these questions over a phone or in an ***, I thought if I created a group that brought together folks that like to do what I like to do, it would be a good way to meet new people in a relaxed environment. Since I really enjoy motorcycle rides, custom/muscle cars and related shows and events, I formed a group called CAME (Car And Motorcycle Enthusiasts) on BON & *** post our plans and ideas on the group wall. So if you have a motorcycle, custom or classic car and want to meet people with similar interests, this might be something to check out..it's a two-way street!Look for us on:BON: *** or *** If you find love great! If not, at the very least, you've met a good group of people and made some new friends! That will be my approach anyway. No one wants to be alone. However you find it, I wish you all the best on this site and in life! I am really impressed by folks who take the time to join the rides and events I plan. People want to shoot me their # or ask for mine right away and I don't give it out if I don't know you. It's a good way to see how people interact with others and a great way to meet new friends in a relaxed environment.
