About Me: Let me clarify.... How's that? ;) Let's see...I have great sense of humor. I take good care of myself. Love my family and my friends and I even like most of my neighbors! I like kids but I do not have any of my own. I am an animal person but not lizards or snakes or anything that could paralyze me if it bit me. I'm kind of a homebody but I do like to go out, too. I like to cook, but I also do work a lot and that kind of ruins my cooking mojo sometimes, so I hope you like to go out once in a while, too! I like good movies (classics), most kinds of music and good books and live theater and a handful of good TV shows. Would like to travel if I found the right man and someone who has a schedule that we could both live with. I have a couple of really happy fat cats but I love dogs too. If you have allergies, we are probably not a good match. I'm always up for an adventure and I think one of the best things about dating someone new is that they sometimes open your eyes to things you would not normally explore. I am a little conservative, but I'm not uptight, so don't worry!About YOU and what I'm looking for: a "guy" guy. If you consider yourself a metrosexual I'm not for you. Don't misunderstand, I don't want to be dragged around the cave by my hair (!) but I am somewhat old fashioned and I like the guy to be the guy. I understand if you work a lot, but so do I. I'd like to meet a man who actually wants to have a relationship in person and not continuous *** texting - although sometimes during the day it is nice to know that you're thinking about me and in the beginning stages of things a few *** texts are just great, but they shouldn't replace an actual conversation on the phone or an actual visit. My idea of meeting someone to date is to....meet someone to date -- live and in person! (Is that silly?
