I really should update this whole section...because we've now been here for 6 years and the kids are growing up...so.. The children are wonderful and I love them dearly. I have my own little troop( they're not so little anymore!-4 children( the oldest 2 are now at college -both at UF!)so technically 2 are home....WAIT! before you run read the rest I'm not looking for a father for them. They are terrific kids and They have an involved father, but I would love to find my man who loves me and enjoys them too:) I think its only fair to let you know up front- I don't want to mislead anyone and I know that some are not interested in kids. They are an important part of my life! BUT It would be great to know that my man was there, by my side cooking dinner with me, or hanging at the pool with me- I love the beach, long walks in the calmness of the evening and snuggling on the couch with a good movie. I'm looking for that special someone to share the special times and the day to day times-I'm looking for someone to share my every secret with, who will also share theirs with me. I enjoy adventures and exploring. I enjoy sailing, hiking, camping, gardening- most anything outdoors. I'm an active person-keeping myself on the go.As far as my home goes, I like a clean home filled with soft warm colors that makes everyone feel welcome. I , myself, often dress casually, but nice. I enjoy barefeet- some friends find this funny, but being from the north we charish the short lived summer warmth - coffee, lunch, a walk at the park....a chance to talk and get to know each other better.

I am a happy fun lady who is looking to have fun and enjoy living. I am wanting someone who wants to get out and do things and who can stay home and enjoy being at home for the day as well. I love going to the beach, riding bikes, hiking, swimming and almost anything outside. I would appreciate someone who likes being outside as well. I am open to doing new things and trying things I haven't yet experienced also. I love going out to eat. My favorite food is seafood. Life for me is about me now and moving forward beyond the children phase.Life is short and I am excited in finding that person who excites me just by hearing his voice. I want to be the one he thinks of and can't wait to see at the end of his day. I want to be like the kid in the candy store that gets to buy her favorite candy no matter what it is and gets to open the prettiest fanciest package under the tree at Christmas. I am looking for love, happiness and excitement. I hope it is out there somewhere. A first date should be somewhere where we can talk and get to know some basic information about each other and mainly get past any nerves that either of us may have on a first date. We could go to dinner or have drinks or meet in a park or the mall. Depending on our connection could determine all of this. I think talking on the phone a few times before meeting is important for me to see if we connect. The weekends are the best time for me to go on dates at first.
