I’ll admit I’ve dropped it in the frigid water and privately laughed at myself. I'm a down to earth girl. I enjoy camping, fishing, boating and hiking and pro- sports to a certain extent. I also enjoy movies out, movies in all tangled up with my man on the couch or listening to live music. I love it and find it very therapeutic. So, most genres appeal to me. Things I dislike are being behind someone who is driving below the speed limit, someone who posts pictures of themselves that do not represent themselves currently (I mean, come on. It's dishonest and thats not a good first impression) and shopping. YES, I HATE TO SHOP!!!! What am I looking for? I'm hoping to meet a man who is a leader of the household. I’m a bit old fashioned in that respect. My perfect match is considerate. He thinks of others before himself at all times. I prefer someone who likes outdoor activities like camping, fishing, hiking, boating etc…but also enjoys lazy days on the couch watching TV. From meetville I really want to make a male acquaintance and allow things to develop naturally. Take it slow and really get to know someone and hopefully fall in love. I love animals, art, music, (especially reggae and R&B to set the mood) various ethnic foods, baseball, warm weather, sleeping late, holding hands, snuggling, playing the drums, watching the sunset, sharing good times with family and friends. I was born in a big northern city, but live on a farm now. That country girl was always inside! When I moved to FL 12 years ago, I retired to become a full-time Mom. I am usually in jeans and boots, and working on some project around the farm or house. I get dirty! I don't mind mucking the stalls, tilling the garden or tending the animals. I don't go to salons to have my nails done, but I clean up pretty well. ;) Short skirts and high heels, no longer me. If this is what you are looking for, hit the back button, I won't be upset. I am pretty handy, but could sure use an extra hand now and again. Preferably one that wants to be a friend and partner. I am probably a home-body because this is where I have the most peace and am with my family. I am honest, stable, healthy and free of drama. For *** "I Am Looking For" I put Long term, but really would like to say Meet, have sparks, become friends, then Long term. Also, "Pets"---they should give us the option to write them all, not just one or the other! :) Not that this is really a big deal! I have horses, goats, dogs and chickens. And they are all pets!I've listed some things that I like, and thought about adding some things that I don't like, but not sure if that is the way to go with this profile. As long as you show a fairly recent and clear picture and have a profile that exposes some of who YOU are, I can make a reasonable decision.
