I have a lot of personality and love to laugh. I am looking for someone who will understand and appreciate my sometimes dry sense of humor. I love many activities and I am not against trying something new. Learn something new everyday (or at least every other day) is what I say. I don't have a boat or jet ski but I have a operators license. Currently, I have my lovely daughters and a dog living with me. Daughter #1 graduated college and continuing her search for an entry level position in her field. daughter #2 sophomore in local college but will be transferring to on campus college this fall. Dog, a big, slobbery black lab who is lovable but not too smrat. hahaI'd rather get the show on the road and have some fun than be the main attraction when I get there so I don't do a lot of primping. I've found that 30 minutes vs. 3 hours just turns out the same in the end anyway. I am health conscious, so I eat right but chocolate is my kryptonite. I go to the gym usually 2-3x a week. but I also like variety, yoga, walking, jogging, zumba, depending on seasons & weather; anything to get in better shape and to live a healthier lifestyle. Like all kinds of music with the exception of rap.; Few fave tv Boardwalk Empire, Big Bang Theory, always will watch a Seinfeld rerun. I would like to spend time with someone who is easy going and enjoyable to be around whether we are at a party or food shopping. I believe the battle of the sex's should be fun not won don't you agree? I am a caring, considerate person, I am looking for a companion who is the same and a relationship based on mutual respect, with someone who can communicate their thoughts and desires. I would like a LTR eventually but taking it slow and steady for now is a-ok with me. If having fun with someone turns into more, then great, if not, so be it. I don't dwell or hold grudges. I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy. Life is too short to stress about such things. I don't have to be your whole life, just your favorite part.     I have a number of things I like to do. I read, write novels, crochet for charity, cook, and others. I love to take walks, but find its not so fun by myself. I know how to pay tennis but I'm a little rusty, and have attempted to play golf...its not pretty..lol. One of my most consistent goals is to become a published authoress. I've spend a lot of time polishing my work. To that end, I meet with other authors and discuss each other's work once a month. But I can put it away to have other adventures. I'm opening to many forms of music, but cannot seem to grasp rap or metal. Movies? I love movies, except for horror or war pictures.
