My life - Flowing through yoga and spin classes, spending time outside in nature and inside with music ( from yoga chanting to rock ) or a great book ( philosophy to chick lit) and being around people who bring me joy ( my kids , my family and good friends) I have learned that i just don't have time in my life for people who I don't resonate with or who aren't infinitely kind. A kindness of spirit is KEY. I love trying new things ( activities, foods, places etc). (Well, to be honest there will be no "Fear Factor type food challenges or lying in a bed of snakes - but anything else I'm in!). I guess I am a "student" of life and want to keep learning.Wow that all really sounds cliche, but it's true.
