About Me

I am a 48 year old mother of 4, grand mother to three.My interests are, first and foremost, my family.I love kids, and have plenty of love to share for Dad and kids.Secondly, my passion is fire fighting... still in active training, and I volunteer at two fire departments. Our department covers a large area, so we stay pretty busy, which is fine with me.I am very organized, neat and clean, and a pretty darn good cook.I love good music of almost any genre( no bluegrass or rap). My favorite type of movie is action, thriller. I'm not into romance movies much, because honestly, That has been void in my life for a long time. Maybe someone can make a believer out of me again.I love rolling down the road on a Bike, or going with the waves in a boat...; love to read a good book, spend time with my friends and family...a good game of basketball, team or one-on-one is awesome, soccer, tennis, table tennis, or pool, and I like my gym time, as well... relaxes me....There is just one thing I want to ask, if you have read this far: are you REALLY looking for a REAL relationship with a REAL woman, or are you looking for Miss Barbie Doll and a bank account? I have only been on here a week, and I have found out that there are not very many really looking for an honest longterm relationship. If you are, then you are a rare breed. This may turn all guys off to me, but I hate deception and duplicity. Don't waste my time and yours if you are not serious. I would like the first date to be kind of casual, so there would be no pressure to put on a show. Maybe dinner and a movie. I would like to mainly focus on my date, though, so that we could learn enough about each other to see if we wanted to see each other again, and if so, keep it going. If we like each other enough initially, I would like to try a dance... I have never danced before, so that might be interesting...:)I would not mind some old-fashioned gentlemanly manners; That in itself is so appealing. Treat me like a queen, and I will treat you like a king.
