So I'm giving this a shot! Why not ?! I am 48 years old but in my mind I'm no older then 30 LOL I am very social and really like people. I can usually see the good in everyone. I am looking for fun and love to laugh . I try to take care of myself and am interested in a person that does the same . Are looks important yes, of course there has to be a connection but I dont have a "type" . I guess you know it when it's there .My children are very important to me but are old enough to make dating easier. I love the beach, good food and easy conversation. Communication is key ..it sounds cliche but it really is. I don't think you can set out for meeting "the one " , that just happens. I am looking to meet new friends , have fun and see what happens ......Please Do Not contact me if you arent in my area!! KY? WI ?? I checked my settings and I think they are correct..?? !!! I like to be creative, whether it is drawing, planning a party or decorating a house or cake. Using my imagination and watching it come to fruition is something I do at work and on my free time. I would like to further my education some day and persue other interests. I love everything from 80's music, disco, and hair bands to current music on the radio. Love to cook and would love even more to cook for someone else. Want to laugh and have fun and enjoy life with a special person. Meet for coffee or a drink and if things go well make plans for another date.

I'm new to this adventure. I'm not proud of my divorce, but I fiinally realized that life is too short to waste time on something that was never going to change...no matter how hard I tried. A zebra never loses its stripes. So...here I am...ready to tackle the world again, so to speak. There's so much more to me than what I can compose in this space. I could write a book about my life.....but I can't cough up the good stuff here. I'm not a boastful person, but I'm supposed to sell myself right here in this space! I can come up with all sorts of creative marketing ideas to promote any product, but I can't stand marketing myself. It's just not me. But that's not to say I'm not a confident woman...I'm very independent and extremely confident, and at my age, I find myself not so much "needing" a man in my life but definitely desiring the companionship. Please note: I may come off a little reserved at first, but be warned that I have a wicked sense of humor and speak sarcasm fluently! One last thing, I think it's important for the right guy to be secure and confident in himself. If you've found contentment and completeness within yourself, then you're capable of fostering a solid relationship. If you're still looking for your "other half" or someone to "complete you," then you're not there yet. Something casual and low key.
