Drink only great red wine at room temperature, no whites for me..unless it is champagne! Let's do something casual like meet for a cup of coffee or lunch. How do I word this? That type of setting is light and non-committal if we are not a match, it lets both of us "off the hook" (no pun intended) easily. If we click, then I will consider a second date.
