I'm madly in love with my nieces, who live far away and I don't get to see enough. I'm also madly in love with my kitties that I adopted in February. I believe we are here to leave the world just a bit better than we found it, and I believe we are all capable of doing so.I'm a social worker, a yoga teacher, and a writer. I love being out in nature, and finding off-the-beaten path places to eat/shop/explore. I value honesty over almost anything else, and I return the favor.     For the past 14 years I have been a teacher. Before that I was in the Army for 4 years.After teaching I'd like to start a photography business. Photography is one of my hobbies but I would like it to be more.I love all animals (except cochroaches) but horses in particular. If I were to win the lottery I would buy a ranch with several horses and ride every day. But since I don't even play the lottery....My hobbies included hiking, biking, gardening, dog agility, sewing (have made about half my wardrobe for school), knitting and crocheting during the winter, and music.
