I am an honest person who likes to have fun, experience new things and appreciates everything life has to offer. I am kind of a "tell it like it is" person. I have a good family, great friends, I like change, I'm affectionate, I like to smile .... I am not into the materialistic world anymore. I once thought that things would make me happy, my journey these last few years have taught me to appreciate what really matters in life. I feel blessed to have learned this and I am a much better person for it. Chemistry is important. It's either there or it's not. I enjoy trying new restaurants, having dinner with friends, sports (yes, I like to watch them and enjoy what comes along with it!) I like to run and do some biking. I like to be active, I guess more than ever now that I'm single, because lets face it..being home, on the couch by yourself isn't that much fun! :) And of course, It goes without saying, I like spending time with my kids. I am a hockey & soccer Mom. So, I am always on the go. But wouldn't want it any other way.I would like to meet someone who doesn't feel the need to impress anyone and is more into me than himself. ( :)) Surprisingly hard, I am finding..I imagine my partner to have integrity, honor, values ,be insightful, giving, happy and a sociable person. He should be someone who has friendships that he values, interests of his own and be a kind & respectful soul, playful and spontaneous.     Besides writing an obituary, who really writes about themselves? I guess to try meetville I have to give it a shot. I'm initially quiet and I tend to "feel people out" before that feeling of comfort sets in. I have a steady job that can be stressful, at times, so I'm not looking to add to it on a date. Family and good friends are important to me. I like to listen to music both live and recorded ( country, rock, BPO ). I like to spend time by the water, outside playing sports, walking or just enjoying the day. I like to read....books that are passed along between family and friends. I find it relaxing. I like to dine out. It gives me an opportunity to try new things I might not cook at home. Besides, I like it when someone else does the cooking :). I will go to bars/clubs with family/friends to listen to local bands I like but I'm not a bar fly...I prefer wine over beer and I can always find that at home, lol.
