I love to try new things and thrive when I’m challenged both intellectually and physically. I work hard and play hard and would like to meet someone to share the adventure.I’ve traveled to various countries and like to explore new places as often as I can. I like to keep things balanced, and tend to enjoy a wide spectrum of activities. Some outdoor activities include: taking my dog for walk/hike etc, golfing, hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, etc. I am willing to try any sport as long as it is NOT completely life threatening. The other end of the spectrum involves attending the theatre and other performances, art galleries, museums...I'm a bit of a foodie and love to go to the wine country and discover new places. Cooking is my passion, but I’m not so passionate about doing the dishes... So before I ramble on too much, here are just a few key words that best describe me: intelligent, sassy, honest, compassionate, direct, timely, communicative, adventurous, always smiling.     I'm a life-long Packers fan but didn't go to my first game at Lambeau Field until a few years ago. I'd love to be more involved with animal rescue - there are simply too many abused and neglected animals in the world. I enjoy cooking, especially if it's for someone else, but I also like to order in and get cozy on the couch with a couple DVDs.- it's such a total, indulgent escape from the norm. I can spend hours at the blackjack table. I'm thoughtful and generous to a fault but never want to feel taken for granted. Can't. Wait. I volunteer twice/month in the critical care unit at a local hospital because it makes me feel connected to my community and reminds me that even the smallest acts of kindness can make all the difference. I enjoy most sports, particularly football! I have little or no tolerance for bad drivers, racists, narcissists, loud/disruptive/confrontational people, long lines and people who litter. I like to meet for a drink on the first date. Not coffee or tea - a drink, as in wine/beer/cocktail. I'm not a big drinker but I think a drink makes a first meet more relaxed.
