Well...I'm still here...honestly, this whole process is quite exhausting...right? Scrolling through all of the profiles, deciding whether or not a person is really who they are by a photo? 1. Hobbies: anything outdoors, sports, the beach, biking, running (even though I hate it), day trips, cultural/educational experiences (that's the teacher in me)2. Goals/Aspirations: meet someone that will support me in doing what my heart desires, as I will for them3. I am at a good place in life - love my job, have great friends and am looking for a new adventure seeker to explore the next chapter in life. I have recently started an intense exercise regime and am loving it... will volunteer first and get my skating legs back in shape -? I am a fan of most music - not a big fan of opera or music that degrades people. I am pleased to say that chivalry is not dead men and this woman appreciates those little things that make a woman feel like a woman.Some other things about me: I had 2 dogs and a cat but am petless at the moment. I have my motorcycle license but still like to ride on the back, I like time together but need to have "girl time" with my friends too, I like to cook - doing dishes not so much, DVR my fav shows and will catch up on days off cuddled on the couch with snacks, like wine ( Moscatto only - so far) I don't drink beer, am a fan of Mikes Hard Lemonade and other hard liquors, like spicy but not so much if it makes my eyes water and my nose run ( not a good date look - lol).... food should be an adventure sometimes but I love coming home to old favorites as well. Also I love kids - don't have my own but spoil my neices and my students at school. I still have an active and great relationship with my former step-children, 2 boys ages 8, 10.While Winter is not my favorite time of year I do enjoy many things that come with it - the chance of a snow day off from school, hot chocolate, baking, snow shoeing, snow mobiling ( first time this year - had a blast), woodstoves, warm blankets. Fall is my favorite time of year in the North Country - so much to do and see - adventures abound at every corner. Spring - is MUDDY - but can be fun and Summer - time on the lake and taking trips in the car near and far -!I have traveled a bit and am looking forward to more -- bucket list stuff for me... Love going "home".. try to go new places every chance I get.Looking for someone to teach me somethign new - I'm not talking book work - we've led different lives had different expereinces - would love to share! Something casual at first - gives us a chance to chat and find out a bit more about each other.
