I like to travel - beach destinations are my favorite, as I am a scuba diver. I prefer the summer to the winter. I like seeing some local bands, going into NYC to a comedy club or show. I recently bought my own house, and I'm looking forward to doing a lot of gardening and grilling in the back yard. I worked hard to get to where I am - other than occasional Powerball, I'm not much for gambling. I would say that I'm low maintainence...I can be ready to go pretty much anywhere in under 30 min, I have no aversions or allergies to food, I enjoy excellent health. I'm a little afraid of heights (which is why ziplining was a really big deal for me). I am innately curious, and hence love the internet. I can learn anything at any time of the day or night...about the kind of salamander found in my backyard, how to replumb my shower using PEX (yes, I did it!!!) recipes, what kind of plants are deer resistant (artificial), restaurant reviews, everything! First dates are awkward. If there is potential after initially meeting....live sporting events, the dog park, go cart racing, winery tour, ethnic restaurant. Movies require silence...not ideal for getting to know someone...and I'm okay with that.

Thanks for taking the time to read further...I can be pretty shy at first, especially the first time we meet (is there anything worse??). I can be sarcastic, and I can usually give as good as I get. I love to dance (waltz is my favorite, but I also like to line dance and pattern dance). I really enjoy football, comedy, dancing, and a good cry! I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve. I love to travel and "go do". I make a great co-pilot. I can be spontaneous, but I am happiest and most secure with predictability. The guy I am with would never wonder if he was the one and only. I would do everything I could to spoil/make him happy!If size matters, please move on!! I am not a size 3 and probably will never be, but I can do everything that I want to do and I am actively working on getting in better shape for myself and my future (I have lost 30 lbs).
