About Me

First and foremost: I am ready to be in a REAL relationship, if the opportunity presents itself. I want to find someone who is sincere, honest and has true values. I am looking for a "keeper". I am not on this site to play games. I am truly looking for someone who is serious. If you are looking for FWB***night stand are seperated, or are still married............ keep looking. Many on this site seem to still want to play games. ohh, and a dirty *** going to make me want to date you. Yes, I have received them. For those of you who think I am not skinny enough, or petite I would just like to say, I am athletic built and it is not physically possible for me to be ***pounds and still be healthy. I exercise and take good care of myself. When a couple is 80 years old the good looks are not going to be there, but the true chctr of the person will still be. I do not mean to sound brash, but I am tired of the mean and crude minded people I have encountered.This past year I have been through alot. Probably, more stuff then you can imagine. But I feel it has made me a better person. I am very blessed to have a great network of family and friends. I have often been told that I wear my heart on my sleeve and have a heart of gold. This has lead to me being hurt, but I truly believe you must be true to who you really are. I enjoy working out , spending time with my family and friends, going to movies, seeing local bands or just laying low and watching a movie at home.. I guess, from what I have been told, I tend to be a " guys gal", due to my love for sports :). I would love to learn about Hockey. That is one sport I like but don't know much about. Maybe we could go to a Wild Game together??. Are you willing to put forth effort in a relationship? Sometimes it is the little things that mean the most, such as a hug on a bad day, or a simple text saying Good Morning. I tend to be sarcastic in nature so someone who had a great sense of humor is desired. Going out to see live bands, is something I really enjoy. So, it would be nice to find someone who would be willing go out with me and my friends from time to time. If you smoke, I will not date you. My dad has Emphysema and is dying slowly. My parents have been married for 52 years, and when I asked how they achieved this, they said, " I married my best friend" . That is what I hope to find.     I'm an RN by profession and have a great future ahead of me.I work hard while i'm at work... It can be quite physical some days and mentally draining otherdays. but i cant see doing anything else. I work ***hr shifts but at the end of the day if there are patients there, I'm there. I do have some flexibility but that's not something I count on. I do have on-call responsibilities as well.. So an understanding guy is a must.i like getting out to see the sites, checking out a local festival including renaissance festivals! Tubing, good BBQ, a new ale, a new restaurant, day trips, concerts & whatever else out there that strikes me as interesting. in spite of getting wound up a little tight sometimes, i've got a decent sense of humor & look for someone that brings out the funny side.i love live music... if theres music playing, its usually rock; from classic to alternative. other types as well but in smaller doses.i enjoy watching movies & have a decentcollection.i'm also a bit of a news junkie... Talk radio to be specific. as far as what I'm looking for?? i really don't have a 'type'. i look for good character.. someone honest & trustworthy & has confidence to approach me. if you're a dad, you should be a good one; that includes an actual relationship with your kids... i dont get all hung up on an ideal, but we should be attractive to each other & bring out the best in each other. i always notice a great smile and arms first. i do expect great conversation. theres nothing worse than feeling like you've nothing to talk about or feel like you have to pull an exchange out of someone when you're trying to get to know each other. I also think a guy should be able to dress for the occasion & be well socialized. So please don't show up looking like you rolled out of bed.I love fast cars & motorcycles, preferably domestic types :)of course, like so many out there, theres much more to me that what i've put down here. thats the fun part of getting to know someone new :)If you're going to message me? Not like im expecting a ring on a second date, but at least be in that mind set to actually be willing to put some time into it if we hit it off. Hopefully you'll be enough in touch with yourself you can recognize a good thing when you have it. it can be as simple as dinner & drinks or coffee... lots of conversation. i'm open to some creativity too. think it would be something of a shared interest or something goin on in the area that would be enjoyable.
