I'm an RN by profession and have a great future ahead of me.I work hard while i'm at work... It can be quite physical some days and mentally draining otherdays. but i cant see doing anything else. I work ***hr shifts but at the end of the day if there are patients there, I'm there. I do have some flexibility but that's not something I count on. I do have on-call responsibilities as well.. So an understanding guy is a must.i like getting out to see the sites, checking out a local festival including renaissance festivals! Tubing, good BBQ, a new ale, a new restaurant, day trips, concerts & whatever else out there that strikes me as interesting. in spite of getting wound up a little tight sometimes, i've got a decent sense of humor & look for someone that brings out the funny side.i love live music... if theres music playing, its usually rock; from classic to alternative. other types as well but in smaller doses.i enjoy watching movies & have a decentcollection.i'm also a bit of a news junkie... Talk radio to be specific. as far as what I'm looking for?? i really don't have a 'type'. i look for good character.. someone honest & trustworthy & has confidence to approach me. if you're a dad, you should be a good one; that includes an actual relationship with your kids... i dont get all hung up on an ideal, but we should be attractive to each other & bring out the best in each other. i always notice a great smile and arms first. i do expect great conversation. theres nothing worse than feeling like you've nothing to talk about or feel like you have to pull an exchange out of someone when you're trying to get to know each other. I also think a guy should be able to dress for the occasion & be well socialized. So please don't show up looking like you rolled out of bed.I love fast cars & motorcycles, preferably domestic types :)of course, like so many out there, theres much more to me that what i've put down here. thats the fun part of getting to know someone new :)If you're going to message me? Not like im expecting a ring on a second date, but at least be in that mind set to actually be willing to put some time into it if we hit it off. It does seem to take some effort these days & i'm willing to do that. So.. Hopefully you'll be enough in touch with yourself you can recognize a good thing when you have it. it can be as simple as dinner & drinks or coffee... lots of conversation. i'm open to some creativity too. think it would be something of a shared interest or something goin on in the area that would be enjoyable.

    I have found that in this point of my life simple is good. It's as simple as laughter, fun times and good company. I say what I mean and I mean what I say.I believe in being positive and focusing on the good things in life. I can find the happiest of times are the moments we share with our loved ones. Laughter is one of my favorite sounds. We often get so busy with work and everyday routines but I think it is so important to find a moment in the day to have some laughter. My goal in life is a very simple one, to remain happy and ensure my kids have the best life when it comes to memories and happiness. My hobby aside from time with my kids would have to be photography. My music preference is basically anything I can dance to but I must confess my favorites are the oldies. My dad always blasted music when I was growing up and those are the songs that still stir up the happy memories and *** when I hear them. I may be getting to the point of babble so I will end it here, the rest you can hear in person if you choose to do so ...I leave you with this one last thought *** Nobody wants to get hurt, but sometimes you have to figure out if the reward is worth the risk, it's just that simple. *** Lunch date works, short enough to get the idea if a second will follow.. or maybe just some drinks and apps to get to know one another...but please don't ask me what to do for the date ~ I would rather sit back and enjoy the first date. Everybody has baggage, it's how well your bags are packed. I prefer a man with a well packed bag :) It's all about moving forward, afterall isn't that really why we are all on this site?     I love outdoor events as long as the weather permits I want to be outdoors..festivals, beaches,outdoor cafes,some sporting events too, baseball is my fav....
