I think a first date should be meeting at a grocery store and doing some shopping. You can learn a lot about someone by what they put in their cart.

I'm an RN by profession and have a great future ahead of me.I work hard while i'm at work... It can be quite physical some days and mentally draining otherdays. but i cant see doing anything else. I work ***hr shifts but at the end of the day if there are patients there, I'm there. I do have some flexibility but that's not something I count on. I do have on-call responsibilities as well.. So an understanding guy is a must.i like getting out to see the sites, checking out a local festival including renaissance festivals! Tubing, good BBQ, a new ale, a new restaurant, day trips, concerts & whatever else out there that strikes me as interesting. in spite of getting wound up a little tight sometimes, i've got a decent sense of humor & look for someone that brings out the funny side.i love live music... if theres music playing, its usually rock; from classic to alternative. other types as well but in smaller doses.i enjoy watching movies & have a decentcollection.i'm also a bit of a news junkie... Talk radio to be specific. as far as what I'm looking for?? i really don't have a 'type'. i look for good character.. someone honest & trustworthy & has confidence to approach me. if you're a dad, you should be a good one; that includes an actual relationship with your kids... i dont get all hung up on an ideal, but we should be attractive to each other & bring out the best in each other. i always notice a great smile and arms first. i do expect great conversation. theres nothing worse than feeling like you've nothing to talk about or feel like you have to pull an exchange out of someone when you're trying to get to know each other. I also think a guy should be able to dress for the occasion & be well socialized. So please don't show up looking like you rolled out of bed.I love fast cars & motorcycles, preferably domestic types :)of course, like so many out there, theres much more to me that what i've put down here. thats the fun part of getting to know someone new :)If you're going to message me?
