People always tell me I'm funny and outgoing. I'm also told I'm a bit sassy. Whatever that means. :) But, I also think I can be a bit shy and laid back. I am a true friend for life. One thing that brings me great joy is giving a good gift. I am thoughtful and dependable. I am not a perfectionist, but expect people to always try their best at everything and anything they do. I am a true Midwestern girl at heart. But, I love to experience the world as well. I have traveled or lived in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean. This is home. But, I am always up to experiencing a new place and new people. Having said that, nothing makes me happier on vacation than to have a very relaxing day on a very quiet beach. I love sports. And, while certainly not a tomboy, I always tend to hang more by the t.v. with the boys than chat with the girls in the kitchen. Holding on... still... for my Cubbies. Oh pahleeeeze... It's time. I enjoy yoga and feel great after I've had my butt kicked in class. I also enjoy swimming and biking. I've become a bit more serious about my running in the last few years. I'm certainly not good at it, but I'm giving it my best effort. My new thing seems to be running ***marathons. While still hard for me, I'm getting better at it each time. Hey, I get some bling-bling and a free beer for finishing! I'm easy to please. ; Fingers crossed... You better like tall. I love my heels and really only wear flat shoes when I have my running shoes on. I appreciate someone who loves life and loves family. I like a confident, but certainly not arrogant, guy who works hard (but not too hard) and plays hard (but not too hard). Make me laugh and your golden. I like someone who is active in some way, whether running, biking, or other sports. Also, it is very important to me that you are not afraid to show affection. This is a non-negotiable for me. Also, tall Yeah, I need tall. Sorry, anyone under 6'0. P.S. I find men with Cubs season tickets particularly attractive. ;)
