My profile is rather long as I believe in full-disclosure and honesty. If you read to the end and like what you've read- send me a message! I certainly am not a mind reader nor expect you to be one either! :) I also am not a "recreational Dater". I'd like to find someone to have a relationship with but feel friendship first is very important. If you are interested in only going out to "have fun" then I wish you well. "Always look on the bright side of life!" this quote sums up my personality as well as my sense of humor! if you can guess where I got it and love the movie- you are WAY ahead of the game in my book, my friend! I believe I am clever and can appreciate that trait in others. I like humor that is dry, sarcastic, original, and the kind that you sometimes have to think about to really catch the humor.. then I think its hilarious!! I have 3 Boys who are my most important Priority. They also have a great father -so I'm not looking for anyone to take that responsibility either. I'm a great "Boy Mom" as I don't mind the wayward amphibian, will push the coffee table aside for wrestling on rainy/cold days, and believe in teaching respect for others above all else. As my boys are truly amazing young men- I believe I'm doing a pretty good job! I enjoy going out and being with people. I love to listen to music or live bands, go dancing, and be outdoors. Patio with a nice drink, nice night, and live music-- yuuumm! I love anything water related (but i just cant get up on water skis!! But I can sure drive the boat!) traveling, going to unique places to eat, trying/learning new things, history, music of most all variety, "couch" dates -dress up formal dates, making my partner proud to have me on his arm, English toffee, fresh flowers and plants, camping/outdoors, Sci-fi shows and movies, finding the fun in most everything, God, snuggling, Kissing and last but not least - dancing! If you like all these things- great!! If not- most aren't deal breakers (especially dancing.. But if you are willing to learn- I'm one heckuva teacher!)I am an honest, genuine, nurturing, well-mannered, romantic, considerate, and deeply caring. I'm also an open and realistic woman. If I don't like something, I'll let you know. If I like something, I'll let you know. Games are teenager folly and don't waste time on that. I have also been told I have a Lucy Ricardo Personality. If my eyes get wide, have a twinkle, I grin, and say "Oh! I have an Idea!" most of my friends groan and run or they go along with me and we have a great time. Sometimes it's blackmail fodder!! I believe I am pretty open minded. In my opinion everyone has issues so who am I to judge? I have no patience for people who are selfish, self-riteous, or judgemental. I respect and am drawn to those who have responsibilities and are brave enough to take care of them. Through my relationships, my trust has been tested but I still remain happily Optimistic of Human nature. So did you figure out what movie my quote is from? Don't take things personally when I won't give you my number right away. I love someone with imagination and being pleasantly surprised. Having a drink or coffee, talking somewhere quiet, or going to listen to a band, or all the above. I'm pretty laid back and open minded. I'm easy***not like that!! I'm just easy to please! I may not be able to meet you right away because when my boys are home my time is very short and is devoted to them (I can have a full conversation after they are settled in bed/their rooms tho!).
