About Me

I am in the process of a divorce from a controlling "man" who happens to be the father of my 4 kids. I have primary full custody of my oldest son ***yrs old, and 50% custody of my other 3 children). I am looking for a man who knows how to treat a lady, who still believes in holding the door open, and who is honest, loyal, spontaneous, and not caught up on "Barbie" body types. I am an elementary school teacher and I enjoy going to the movies, spending time at the beach, going to piano bars, and taking outings with my kids. I love rock music (especially Green Day, Linkin Park, Social Distortion, etc.). I am a very picky eater, and prefer hamburgers to steak. I'm in search of an "old fashioned" kind of man...someone who still treats women the way they would want their mother to be treated, who can be the "protector" without being possessive, and someone who knows the true value of an educated woman. I have not dated since my late teens, which puts me out of practice but I'm willing to give it a try. I am not looking for a "serious" relationship, however, I wouldn't rule it out if something worked out between us. My kids come first and I am very family oriented. So some relaxing conversation over drinks would probably be how I'd like to get to know you for the first time.
