Update -I always find it difficult to talk about myself this way... but here goes! I like to spend time with friends, enjoy a good glass of wine, spending time outdoors (anything!), working out, mini-vacations and travelling, reading, watching a good film... and an occassional go at Playstation that I'll admit to. I like being active and started getting involved in Triathlon training a year or so ago as a way of staying fitter; I won't win awards or be the fastest but it feels great and I probably enjoy the training even more than the races themseles. Ill admit to being exceedingly lazy since i got here so need to ramp that up again :)I love animals of any kind (have 2 cats that I got custody of, but no more as that makes me the weird "cat lady"). I mostly enjoy my work and am enjoying the challenge of a new position, but I am not married to work - the stress could bury me. I love all kinds of music although as much as I try I am not into jazz that much or gangsta rap (opposite ends I know). I like people who have the ability to laugh and enjoy life and are basically comfortable in their own skin, who are OK being around a woman who is both independent but likes to lean sometimes, speaks her mind and is successfull also. Does not really matter where, but you feel that connection that says you want to see each other again and gives you butterflies.

I am a dreamer! This doesn't mean I am not firmly grounded in reality, it means I am always thinking and creative. I see potential in people and in life! I love to cross country ski but since breaking myself in a non-gracefull fling down some stairs I have been unable to for a few winters...maybe this year I will be brave!I like all kinds of music, I love a few types of music and I adore the Beastie Boys...gotta get up to get down!I have a dog, he's a little love and fully dedicated to missing me when I'm gone and celebrating when I get home! I've managed to teach him his right and left and have made him hopelessly addicted to treats, I am the treat pusher! I like strong earthy guys who aren't trying to be prettier than me and are comfortable having a conversation or just relaxing in the peace and calm. Sometimes, I secretly feel like a princess (being purely honest) and want exactly what I want, but I'm really easy going and very realistic. I don't pout (or stamp my feet when anyone is looking!)Mostly I feel like fabulous little me and just want to find that certain soul to fit with mine, the rest is just fluff... a picnic, coffee, dinner, dancing, rollerskating... who really knows but when the time comes I'll have a plan made!
