After a 17 yr marriage, it's time to rediscover myself. I have two amazing teenagers who keep me busy. But now, it's time to squeeze in some fun for myself, in between my busy lifestyle with my kids. Things I like to do: I love to sing, go dancing, and love sporting events, except for NASCAR (which isn't a sport). I love running or playing anything competitive.! I'm a determined ball of fire and can compete with the best! What I want: I want a relationship with someone who is mature, respectful, full of conversation, even-tempered, accepting of my kids (ages 12 & 15), stable, passionate and attractive to me. No relationship should ever be exhausting. BTW, I'm learning that when men state they are "wanting a relationship," most of the time, that means a sexual relationship only. And I'm not interested in that alone. In addition, I am NOT looking for just a hot sexting/phone sex relationship. I deserve a real dating relationship that could potentially grow into something more. Anything less than that is not acceptable. Favorite music: R&B, pop music, smooth jazz, blues, contemporary Christian music. Turn-offs: Stupidity; excessively tattooed bodies; excessive facial hair; smokers; improper English (it's "you were", not "you was"); quiet men; hot tempers; lying; extremely hairy bodies; outdoorsmen; out-of-shape men; cowboys. In addition, if you don't know how to spell your profession, you're probably not going to be a good match. It's supervisor, not superviser. Also, note in a previous sentence how I used your and you're properly. ;-)Postscript: Messaging me for the first time "Mmmmm..." does not make a good first impression. And neither does the generic introduction, "Hi, how are you today?" Nor does the question, "Had any luck on here?" Be creative and make me smile! Please give me a reason to leave this site behind! I am a very down to earth girl that knows what she wants out of life...I am a very honest, caring and trustworthy person and looking for the same....Without trust and communication you have nothing....I'm not gonna pretend to be something or someone I'm not....I want to be wanted for who I am...This is me!!!! Family is a big part of my life, I do spend a lot of time with family and friends and I like spending time with that special someone too just hanging out doing whatever we both choose to do...I like going to the movies, dancing, dining out, bbq's to crawfish boils, being on the water or just staying home cooking with a glass of wine and having fun doing so with someone special....I can go from a dress up formal affair to a pair of jeans and a T-shirt mud riding, just having fun....I come from a family of LSU fans, so any LSU sporting events with friends is a fun time....My life is going good right now, but it would be better if I had that special someone to share it with.....My kids are my world and I do spend alot of time with them....I like to eat out at different restaurants, not a picky eater, I do love Italian food, a good steak and sushi....I love music of any kind, something you can have fun and dance to is the best.... I would like to meet for dinner and drinks, afternoon coffee or whatever is of interest that we decide to do....
