Looking for: man. In age: 42-52
HI!!! Thank you for checking out my profile...you won't be disappointed. :-)For the past ***years I have been working as a therapist, mostly in a group practice. I enjoy helping others in every possible way I can, which was the main reason I chose this career. I am an avid animal lover and have had dogs my whole life. When I first went to college my goal was to be a veterinarian, although I soon realized I love animals way too much.I have a wonderful circle of friends and I tend to be more on the extroverted side. I'm easy to get along with...or so I've been told ;-). Exercise is important to me and I get to the gym ***x/week. I'd love to have a workout buddy :-(. From the time I was born the entertainment world has been a huge part of my life. My exposure to music, TV, film and theater was, and still is, of wide variety. In addition to the above interests, I enjoy going to museums, amusement parks, shopping of any kind, and so much more. There isn't much I don't like doing. I love to travel...whether it's a day trip to DC, NYC, a cruise, a long weekend in Vegas, a trip across the country or anything in between. I enjoy seeing and experiencing new places, new activities...especially with that special someone. I love the warm weather and the beach...not much into the cold at all...unless it's for snuggling by the fire with some hot chocolate :-). A perfect first date for me would be one in which we couldn't wait to see each other again. The company is more important to me than the actual activity, so I would enjoy anything if I wanted to be with that particular person. What I'm looking for: a man who is able to communicate his thoughts and feelings, is romantic/affectionate, has a good sense of humor (I love to laugh), is intelligent (but not necessarily book smart) and MUST love animals, especially dogs. I'm looking for someone who enjoys and wants to spend his time with that special someone (me, in this particular situation ;***. Falling in love is easy...staying in love requires work. That's why relationships are often compared to a full-time job, so don't apply if you are not ready -). Dr. Seuss so eloquently put it when he said, "You know when you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams".****if there is no picture posted, I will not respond.*******I don't want to offend anyone, but I prefer clean shaven men. So...if you have any facial hair that you don't want to part with, we probably won't be a good match.**

Looking for: man. In age: 41-51
I love my career, it's what I've always wanted to do. I'm secure in my life and consider myself an independent person, although it would be nice to have a man in my life when things go wrong around the house...lol. I love to travel: anywhere involving the water or warm weather is the place for me. I've began exploring other parts of this great big world we live in. I also love exploring this great country we live in, the good old USA! I still believe in the whole Cinderella thing ;-).PHONIES NEED NOT REPLY Great conversation, wherever that may be...

Woman. 41 years old. Zodiac sign: Capricorn.
Looking for: man. In age: 38-48
Hi boys! I'm a hard-working, educated and loyal girl looking for similar qualities in a guy. Is that you? I'm in my early 40s, but think I could pass to be in my 30s. I'm not a gigantic girl, but I have my share of curves. I'm no stick figure or even "average." If that's what you prefer, move on, your loss. At 5'2" - well, I'm short; though I've never really known that to be a deal breaker, right? I have a genuine smile and big pretty blue eyes. I like to look my best (makeup, jewelry, fix my hair, etc***but don't take that to mean "high maintenance."I like to keep busy, though down time once in a while is nice. I've been divorced for more than five years and have no children, nor do I want any. I've got no crazy ex's and I avoid drama like the plague. I hate that crap. I have my head on straight, have goals and priorities in life, and my emotions are in check. I have a positive outlook and still hope to find my someone special. I'm college educated and have worked at the same place for about 18 years. I have a great job that I enjoy. I'm self-sufficient both financially and around my house. Do not read that as I'm rich - I'm not - haha - but neither am I looking for a sugar daddy or handy man to take care of me. I'm looking for a good guy to spend time with and share fun times and experiences. Someone who is loyal and will treat me well and make me feel special. Someone I could take home some day to meet my parents and be proud to introduce to my family. Someone who is looking for those same qualities in a girl. As far as hobbies, I'm a bit of a conundrum so don't do any judging until you meet me. 1. I'm pretty musically involved. I see it as my creative outlet with some really great friends. I love music in general, really. Going to live gigs at local venues is great fun. 2. I have a nice little sport bike. I like to ride. Either on my bike or the back of yours if you are a good rider...lol. 3. I like to tinker in my garage. Mostly cleaning and shining my car/bike or fixing things that went boom at the house. [#2 and #3 do not make me a biker chic or a butch. I just spent a lot of time with my Dad in the garage as a kid and I'm comfy there.] 4. This could be a deal breaker for some of you boys out there....I hate to cook. haha. Sorry! Sooooo, if you DO enjoy cooking - immediate bonus points. Lol5. I like to work around my house and keep things in order and nice. I especially enjoy things like DIY projects and yard work and the satisfaction and pride they bring when I'm done for the day. I think my best asset is my personality. I'm easy going and happy. I have a great sense of humor (dry, sarcastic, twisted at times - not my fault! I worked with a bunch of engineers for years) and I love to have fun. I have always been one to abide by the work hard/play hard adage - so far, so good. I try hard not to let little things bother me. Maybe that comes from the maturity of being in my 40s? Maybe it comes from lessons learned from divorce? I don't know for sure. But I do know life is short - we have to choose to make the best of each and every day! A positive attitude is a must! As far as age? It doesn't really matter to me as long as you don't just sit around and watch tv all day! I like to go and see and do! I suppose what's most important is if we click. That's what I'm looking for. The spark. Could we go on a road trip and get along the whole way there AND back?? And still want to see each other the next day? If you've made it this far and still think "me too!" then you are someone I'm interested in getting to know! So, that was probably too long, but if it sounded interesting to you, get at me (and please have a picture or two so I know you have more than three teeth and your hair isn't longer than mine.) Tell me why you think we'd click. And if we don't click on a dating level - oh well, maybe we'll make a new friend along the way. Two of my best buddies resulted from dates that were great but just didn't have that romantic spark.First dates are usually nerve racking, so let's just call it meeting up for a bit to see if there's that ever elusive spark I mentioned. No movies or loud concerts - my only request. How can you get to know someone if you can't talk and interact!?Ok, your turn. GO!!!
