Ok it's roughly nine a.m. and I am writing a profile about myself for an online dating site called PLENTY OF FISH ....it's not to early for wine is it? I've been told (and yes more than once and with no bribing involved) that I'm a genuine person who has a good heart and an energy about them...that I'm passionate, compassionate and not afraid to share/show how I feel. People have also described me as being an easy person to talk to, be around and that I have a way of making people feel comfortable. Hopefully you'll take the time to decide this for yourself. So how would I describe myself ......more wine here : ) I think I naturally have a positive attitude and find it easy to have fun and appreciate "everyday" life, not just the bigger moments in it. I'm grateful for this since it seems as though there are a lot of people that struggle with this unfortunately. You'll never really hear me say "I'm bored" and it kind of drives me nuts when others say it. One of my favorite sayings is "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." I love being playful and even a little goofy at times. I love kissing and being affectionate, white wine, listening to music, spending time outside and around the house, taking bike rides and of course spending time with my kids. What would you be like? Someone with a warm personality, a fun sense of humor and a energy about them as well. You're kind and caring and also find it easy to be affectionate. What would we be like? We'd have a strong physically attraction to each other. We're supportive, respectful and really admire each other. We love to flirt with each other and find it easy to do so. Together we would have an energy and passion that others would notice and often envy. We'd have our own space and some of our own interests, but never have to wonder how the other feels or thinks about "us". I really just want to meet a nice person who enjoys doing a variety of different things like I do, who knows what they want and how they feel. Someone who equally misses having someone to hang out with, run errands with and just lay on the couch together. I'm a mom of 2 cool kids. Girl, 22 and Boy, 16. I've lived in the same town for 40 years. I'm close to my family. I'm very independant and I love to work. I've done hair for 18 years. I am very artsy. I have a welding degree for all that..lol I love to fish and spend time anywhere near water. I like to mow and work outside. I've even been hunting a couple of times. Right now its Barbra Streisand...I read alot of biographies. Maybe I'm nosey...idk...I laugh alot. I love people. I could sit and watch them all day... people are very interesting to me. I DO NOT cook!! Apparently I'm horrible at it anyway... I did it for years and according to my kids, they shouldn't be alive today because of it.. So now that my daughter is grown with her own family, and my son is older I just don't do it.. Sorry.. I'm looking for a nice guy. A guy who's chilled out like me. Nothing on the wild side. I'm not here for anything crazy. I want someone who knows how he wants his relationship to go. I know what I want and where I'm gonna end up in the end of my life and you gotta know the same. I'd like to meet someone and maybe go to dinner or somewhere nice where we could sit and talk. I think a movie would be a bad first date. Sorry... I am not an idle person and there is not much that I do not know how to do or not willing to attempt. I will tell you now you cannot bullsh*t me and there are not many people that I cannot get along with. I can work on a car and get absolutely greasy as hell and not be bothered by it and I can also dress up and be as pretty a girl as you can imagine. I am attracted by intelligence and someone that knows how to be a "MAN" when things need to be done. Sense of humor is essential as I am quite spunky with a twisted outlook on things. I can pretty much find humor in anything.I am extremely adventurous and am always looking for something new to try. I love anything that has anything to do with water.And in case you cannot tell I have tons of fun with my daughter.FYI......If you are thinking about sending me a message. There are a few things that may keep me from responding back....1. If the only pictures you have of yourself are with dark glasses on....well I tend to be more interested if I can at least see your eyes (windows to the soul)2. If you dont at least have one picture of yourself actually smiling...well that kind of tells me you are a stuck in the mud and take life too darn seriously. I dont want to date someone that looks and acts like they have a potato chip up their butt and cant get it out.3. Yes, this also means you have to have an actual "recent" picture of yourself on here. What you may have looked like 5, 10, or 20 years ago doesnt mean a thing. This is about here and now darlin.4. I am not here to date your dog or horse. I understand you may love them but I am sure there is a doggy dating website somewhere if you are trying to set them up and not yourself. I have 2 dogs myself. But this is about me not them ;)5.
