    Okay. Here goes....By day I work with children and families in making healthy and safe choices. While I absolutely love my work and wouldn't change it for anything, I've realized I need to start to make time for me ;)After work I try to practice yoga...emphasis on try! or I try to work on my running...again, emphasis on try!     let's see, where to start? Well, from the beginning, I guess .. I'm a single mom, my son is the best thing I've ever done, I couldn't be more proud of him. I'm a huge Philly sports fan, Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, Wings, Soul .. not a huge fan of the Sixers but I love college basketball.
