Gosh I've been out of the dating pool for quite a few years, so I don't even know what the norm is anymore...I am easy going, honest, kind, funny and a very loving. I like to make friends and help people out. Now, that it sounds like I just described my favorite dog.......here's a bit about me:I like to be outdoors. I like all types of music. I love70s, 80s , rock, some hip hop, current stuff on the radio . I still love country.I love movies. I like crime TV, SOA ,crazy reality tv like Redneck Rehab, Swamp People, Pawn Stars and a forever WEEDS fan.(Im truly sad its come to an end). * This is deffinitly a sign that I have spent WAY TOO much time alone at home!!!!! lol (that was just a short list) I love to go up north. I used to take a road just to see where it goes, but thats been awhile since I've done that...I used to be very adventurous, and I miss being that way. Really anything I'm open for!!! It's been so long since I've done anything...there's probably new things to do , that I'm not even aware of....always game to give it a try. My kids have finally gotten old enough, that they are doing things on their own schedules now and not needing me so much anymore, so I'm learning that I can start to live my own life now....Wow, here I go!!!!For adult time...I enjoy time together, talking, laughing, and just kidding around with eachother. I am really wanting my best friend through thick & thin!!! I will always stand beside you and always encourage your decision. I would never let you think you are alone in this big world. I like to cuddle up together and watch a movie, sit on the patio and watch the evening sky.     I am not looking for anyone extraordinary...I mean you don't have to be ";, ";,"Chris Meloni";Joe Mantenga", but I would like someone who is stable, funny, laid back, respectful, and professional when need be. I have been out of high school for a very long time and just don't want to play relationship games any longer.I love going to movies, dinner, listening to live bands, cultural events, museums, and wine tasting. Sometimes I get a little "Cabin Fever" and just want to go for a long drive, so I like a little sponteniety in my life.I love to write poetry and have had several published works. I do have an artsy side and have a love for things that are obscure. I enjoy different cultures, religions, and cultural foods (especially Indian and Thai), although I am a vegetarian/pescetarian, I do not care if people around me are carnivores! :) I enjoy candles, incense, new age music, low lighting to relax.As far as music interests, I love to have music on all the time. I believe music is the lifeline to the soul! I love anything with a good beat. I do favor music of the 60's (i.e. I find some music from the 80's is just plain fun (i.e., Culture Club, Duran Duran, Billy Idol). For the most part I like rock-n- I think a first date should be low-key. It would be nice to have a drink or two in a lounge with great atmosphere and great conversation. Often I find myself doing all the talking. :)

    What you see is what you get. I am honest and an upfront kind of person and like to have fun. I'm friendly, kind and caring and have a great sense of humor(sometimes it's hard to shut it off). I live, love and laugh loud, so no quiet little wall flower here. I can be a tomboy at times but still love the foo-foo girly stuff. I am a single mom with a teenager who keeps me on my toes. I like to do silly little things- like if I see some stupid little item that reminds me of that special person or one of my bff's, I tend to pick it up. Just to let them know they are on my mind. Hmm, what else to say....... Love movies -my favs-action/thrillers/suspense/sci-fi/fantasy, oh, yeah and horror as long as there is someone there to watch with me. I know I know, I'm a big chicken. I like being outdoors but not so much in the heat unless I'm in the water (pool river lake whatever). As for the tomboy stuff- I also like NHRA, NASCAR and Outlaw winged sprints. I like football and baseball but not much for basketball, and hockey I'm still not sure about it. But I'm open to learn other new bad habits, lol. Love country music, classic rock and my teenager is trying to educate me about the newer stuff. It's a work in progress.I want trust, love, compassion, joy, passion and laughter. I want to lay it all out there and give it all up, entrusting my life, my happiness and my heart to a special, cherished and trusted man who respects it and keeps it safe. I am not looking for hook ups- wham bam thank you ma'am isn't happeningThe rest you will have to find out for yourself. I'm pretty open and don't mind trying new things. How creative can you be without (overtly) breaking the law... he he he. But seriously now, anyplace public where we can have a pleasant conversation and explore the possibilities.
