Hello! I am a woman who is looking for someone to share adventures with. I am quirky, I love to laugh, compassionate, honest, and open minded. I love to travel, to be active and have fun, and to try new things. Recently divorced from a 15 year marriage, I am just now beginning my road of cultivating my career and life's professional work. I decided to go into to nursing because I have always felt drawn to helping and comforting those around me. Family and friends are very important to me, which brings me to my 2 amazing sons. They are the light of my heart and life, and they have a great dad with whom I share ***custody, so I am not looking for a "father figure" for them. To be blunt, they are not exposed to my romantic social life in any way. In essence, my time is my own to share, but my children come first. On the topic of children, please reconsider putting your children's faces on a public dating site. I understand being a proud parent..believe me...but it is unsettling AS a parent to see kids on these adult sites... I actually feel very strongly about it. I am enchanted by nature, and I love to be outside, especially near the water and in the middle of the woods. I am good at appreciating the humor in life, listening, laughing, being a dork, enjoying music and good times, being a mom and loving passionately. I had to take a physical hiatus from my beloved running, but I am building my endurance slowly back up. I am not so good at painting, photography, shooting pool and dancing, but I love to do them! On any given Friday night, I am either with my kids, working, or enjoying a night out dancing, listening to music, playing pool, enjoying a social beverage...etc. I enjoy many activities, but I am also wanting to enjoy the occasion night in with dinner, wine, and a movie...and someone to cuddle with. I can be silly or serious at the drop of a hat, my thoughts and interests are aide and varied, and I enjoy the quiet as much as I enjoy the wild and crazy. I am thirsty to learn more about spirituality and creative expressions. I love to kiss and be kissed passionately. A hike in the woods or time on the beach is as romantic to me as candlelight. I love to challenge and be challenged. I am also really hoping to meet someone/people who can inspire/help me to get back to a great healthy lifestyle...exercising and eating well.
