About Me

I'm new in town since June. I was just tired of the cold and ready for a change. I recently finished my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and plan to continue my education next year in hopes of completing my Bachelors Degree. I do not have children, but love everyone elses all the same. He's a special needs dog, but very loving. He was born with juvenille cataracts and as he has aged he has lost 95% of his sight. He's like any other ordinary dog. Playful and a great little companion. I just have to make sure I dont change the furniture around too much to keep him from bumping into everything :-)Some of my most enjoyable times are traveling, spending time at the beach, relaxing by the pool, watching a good movie, eating out, and going to outside concert venues. I like most all music, but my favorite is country or hip hop dance. I'm not a big party girl when it comes to the club scene, but I do like the occassional night out dancing. That's usually once or maybe twice a month if that. I've taken some time off from dating. My last relationship ended November ***and I have been focussing on getting myself settled in a new place as well as establishing employment. Now that I have accomplished that goal I am ready to get back into the dating world. I'm not into guys that drink a lot or look for excuses as to why they drink nor do I care for guys that continue to keep drama going in their life to make them feel wanted or chased. If you're that type you need not inquire. I'm not trying to be rude. I just want to be up front and honest. :-) My ideal first date would be dinner and then a nice walk on the beach. I believe that's the best way to get to know someone, That way I'm able to set down and have a nice meal with good company and talk about our interests as well as our differences. Not everyone is a good fit, but most everybody is looking for the same thing. Just to be happy :-)

    Right now I am really just seeing what is out there.     Hmmmm..... I'm not your average girl. That's for sure! I enjoy lots of different things. From riding on the back of your motorcycle to going to the beach. From going out and listening to a great band to quiet movie nights at home. I can bait my own hook and I kill spiders too. I'm into country music but a little old school R&B or classic rock works too. I'm not a high maintenance kind of girl, but I can definitely shop when I'm in the mood. I'm a jeans, flip-flops and sweet tea southern girl. I don't mind throwing on the high heels or the mud boots when ever an occasion should arise.
