Hello all! Im back on the single boat again. So Im going to give this another try. I am a 36 years old woman down to earth type of woman. I like to dance, swim, movies, (scary movies are my fave), spend time with my 15 year old daughter. I can listen to all kinds of music, but I mostly listen to R&B. I know sometimes we get busy, but I always say it only takes a minute or to call or text to say hello, etc... I think chemistry is a big part of a realtionship, you can be attracted to someone but still have no chemsitry and I think you need to have both for a good realtionship. If I had to describe myself, I'd say I tend to be more of a homebody. I'm more laid back and mellow, and I'm perhaps not as girly as some would like. I do not doll myself up in make up or spend hours on my hair. I think some times this hurts me, but I like simple...I'm ok with simple. I'm not big into drama, and I'm content without having to knock others down to make myself feel better. I'm not perfect, and I never will be. I am tall and overweight, and I will never be short and slender. I do not expect my dates to be perfect, nor do I want them to be. All I want is someone who understands life itself isn't perfect and it's ok to be flawed just as long as you have a good heart and soul...as the expression goes, "Life is too short..." In conclusion, I am a pretty simple person, but I have a pretty good sense of humor...I don't like to take everything too serious if I don't have to, but still be able to know when humor is inappropriate. I love animals, nature and I am content staying home and watching a good movie. Some times it's fun to go out too, but in moderation. If I had any real goals or aspirations, I suppose just working on being a better person, creating a good life and continue learning as I go. I don't need fireworks and explosions every waking moment, but a few here and there never hurts. :) I can be pretty shy and quiet, which makes it difficult for people to get to know me, but I think when you meet the right one...shy and quiet somehow work, simply because when it's right...you don't need all the static, it just all falls into place.

I'm ready and wanting to simplify and just start living. losing them has let me know what I do and don't want out of life.I don't want a one night stand or friends with benefits. I want someone who wants and is going to be around. My grandparents were married 72 years. . .I want to be that little old couple in the rocking chair. I have baggage relating to the loss of my siblings but if you're willing to help me carry mine I promise I'll help carry yours.
