I know its a little cliche to say you hate talking about yourself, but truthfully it's the one thing I hate to do the most. I'd rather have someone get to know me in person rather than reading into what I have to say and making a *** way to describe me would be; I'm pretty laid back and easy going most of the time but I can also be very competitive. I would do pretty much anything for my family and friends, even fly clear across the country in the middle if winter when needed. I love my job, although it can keep me very busy through out the summer. Much like many other Vancouverites, I do enjoy being outside, hiking, skiing, going for a run and finding an open patio where I can meet up with friends in the summer. I am up for watching most sports but you may need to explain football to me I have never really understood that game. But then lets go DO something fun where we don't just sit and stare at each other :)A few fun things... learning how/trying to fix my bike or truck or car, and how lucky for me there always seems to be a problem with one of them. Something fun and easy going, no pressure to do anything but hang around and visit. Booting around on a tractor, riding horses, cruising on bikes, fishing, kayaking, hiking or playing crib in a back yard would all be good.

I'm ready and wanting to simplify and just start living. losing them has let me know what I do and don't want out of life.I don't want a one night stand or friends with benefits. I want someone who wants and is going to be around. My grandparents were married 72 years. . .I want to be that little old couple in the rocking chair. I have baggage relating to the loss of my siblings but if you're willing to help me carry mine I promise I'll help carry yours.
