I think my closest friends would describe me as fun-loving, smart, and loyal. I have a great sense of humor (sometimes sarcastic) and value spending time with the people I care about. I’m completely uncoordinated and have never been good at sports. I can’t ride a bike but still have hope I’ll meet someone one day who will finally have enough patience to teach me. I am, however, very very competitive at Mini Golf and would love to learn the real game of golf. I wish I would make hiking more of a priority.I’m not much for the hot humid weather, I love winter -- snow tubing, sledding, and making snow angels. I love city life, but would choose the mountains over the beach any day.I’m looking for someone who is as comfortable in a suit as he is in a t-shirt and jeans, someone who’s handy, who likes to go out and also is ok with just chilling at home. He should make me laugh (and find the same things funny).I want a guy to treat me right, keep his promises, and pay more attention to me than to his cell phone when we’re out. He should have a decent job, value the same things I do, and make our relationship a priority. I’m old-fashioned about dating and think a guy should make the first move, open doors, hold my hand, etc. I look forward to making a real connection with someone who I can share my life with. The word I wanted to use to describe myself was 'realist' but, sadly it wasn't a choice. My friends would say 'photographer' is a good word for me though, I just recently went on a vacation with my girlfriends and although they loved the results, they were constantly waiting for me. ;) As far as realist goes, I call it like it is. Also, I tend to be a DORK. I love the sound of the ocean. I love the smell after it rains. I love the feel of clean sheets. I love the taste of a cold sour drink on a hot day. I love driving FAST. And, for no reason but to clear my head. I love when a song changes my mood. I love being told the truth, the FIRST time.I can't stand negative people, backstabbers, and whiners. I can't stand drippy sinks, un-mowed lawns, un-plowed driveways, and the feel of the dryer lint screen on my fingertips...yuck!***update I suppose it's time to let down my guard and talk about me and what I'm about. I have three children, two grown girls not living with me, and my son who's eight and my daily reminder of everything good in the world. I have three bull dogs, pains in the butt, but I love them none the less.I own my house, have a great job, a few vehicles, and some toys. That being said, I'm not on here to find either a sugar daddy or a mooch. I would love to meet someone to be a dork with, listen to my music with and enjoy life. Too many people have agendas. Laugh first. Always a good start.
