About Me

Profiles all start to sound the same after awhile so I will try to keep this simple. I have a close family, I love to cook, I own my own power tools, I camp outside in a tent and I think it is important to pamper myself from time to time. My favorite things include my little black dress, live music, street fairs, funnel cake, laughing so hard that I start to cry, rainy Sundays on the couch, that high after a good workout, first kisses, red wine and great conversation. Things I hate: let start with all the unnecessary skin I see on this website. Really, guys, keep your #%$^ clothes on!! I am not going to base whether or not I want to talk / meet on how your abs (or your crotch) look in a photo. And if you are that shallow then I know that you are going just off of looks. Being attracted to each other is important, but it is the easy part, it is just DNA. Don't you want to get past that and find out if we have a connection? I know I do. I have never broken up with someone for looks, only for personality or incompatibility. How about you?I like to think I am smart, funny, compassionate, hard working and that I know how to unwind. My friends and my family come first, right up there with my significant other when I have one. I love my life. The only thing I want is someone that gets me, and adores me, that I can share it with. I have learned a few things from my online dating experience that will save us both a little time: - DO NOT *** A PHOTO. It is only fair. When you look at my pics, but you don't have any, it is kind of peeping-Tom-ish. - *** texts are great to get started, but I believe in real conversation, real dates and real chemistry. - It is not a date if you ask me out in a text message. - Don't send me naked (or semi-naked) photos, don't tell me I am hot or that I turn you on, and don't ask me what positions I like. If that is your idea of an icebreaker, I am not the girl for you. The first date should be low key and encourage conversation. It is not about what you do, it is about who you are with.

I'm a very kind generous person as long as it's given on the opposite end. I am a dog lover, And tend to keep a busy schedule but always make time to relax. I always make the best out of every situation. I'm hoping to find a great guy who is looking for a LTR, getting sick of the games quickly. Life is toshort to not be upfront & honest. Ultimately I'd love to find someone to enjoy life with, chemistry, communication and character are extremely important. Depends on the season

I am looking to find a special chemistry with someone that will lead to sharing moments together and hopefully a long term meaningful relationship based on trust and respect. so, looking for the casual hookup? dating with nothing seriuos/no commitment in mind? not for me, so please don't respond. so, i know everyone is attracted to different things, but i've realized there are some basics i am looking for. my preference is a tall man (i am 5'10 in flats) who is intelligent and has a good sense of humor. there is nothing sexier than a great exchange of witty banter. also, someone who is height/weight proportionate. u don't need to be a gym rat, but lead a healthy lifestyle. remember, describing oneself as athletic does not mean you enjoy watching sports! enough said about that. on a more positive note: buzz words for me include honesty with values and morals, adventurous, humorous, intelligent, and spontaneous. why is it so hard to meet good people nowadays? i enjoy travel, movies, restaurants, theatre, shows, comedy clubs, festivals, some concerts, etc. really, i like to scan what's coming in town and try out new things. so, on the flip side, there are some buzz words that would disqualify you as a dating candidate for me.... these include addiction (of any kind), jail, felony, cheater...you get the picture. i am open to trying new things, and have a variety of interests that i would like to share and learn new things from another person. i am comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, but can clean up real nice. i am also more of a low maintenance girl. i can be ready in 15 min or less, and don't wear tons of makeup. anyways, would love to meet a man with whom i can create a meaningful connection with and enjoy each other's company with the goal of something more serious to evolve if the chemistry and all the moving parts match up. i wish everyone good luck on their search and look forward to meeting some great people!ps... ps - ;) probably coffee or a quick lunch somewhere.

I am into art, independent/foreign films and listen to various kinds of music esp., and always open to new music.I appreciate maturity, mutual respect, and some sensitivity.I have previously done product design and am looking for similar work back east here, kind of in-between at the moment, trying to get the skills or land a job that is willing to train. I would like to meet over coffee or such. Things go naturally when you click with someone, it shouldn't be expected or forced, that just comes across as sexist.
