I truly do believe that it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. My greatest fear in life is that I will be 80 years old kicking myself that I didn't slow down, breathe, and just "be." I am a former-perfectionist who now focuses on whether I showed up with courage, not how well I did or didn't do.
