Woman. 36 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.
Looking for: woman. In age: 33-43
If you were to ask one of my friends to describe me they would say im funny, witty, caring and giving. I know how to speak my mind and get what I want, but I do so with a smile. I'm considered a very generous person in all aspects of my life especially in friendship, family and love. I've been told that I'm smart, beautiful and sensitive, although I also tend to be a bit modest too. I'm looking for a woman who shares my views on love, family and friends and is ready for all of it to begin with me.I know that I am fun to be with, very relaxed and I'm a great listener. I'm pretty spontaneous so I like to be surprised and love adventures. I used to travel all the time before I had kids. I love going to the movies and I could see anything from a sappy love story to a gory horror film. But.....I do have a wonderful set of twin girls that just turned 3 and they are my universe. I love being a mom but never envisioned being a single one so I am not looking for that woman that just wants to waste my time. I really want someone that wants kids too or even has some of her own. I love feminine women! Someone that can dress it up but be sexy in flip flops.I love beautiful eyes! Im a sucker for those blues. lol! I do love to watch sports but not all the time. I root for a team but have no idea what's really happening so no making fun of me. I love laughter and a funny, witty and sarcastic woman is a total turn on for me so please be funny! I'm not into threesomes so don't ask. I'm a total nerd... I love computers and video games... If I have left anything out feel free to ask. Can we call it like a first meeting? Lol.... Something low key where we can sit and chat and see what happens from there. Coffee, ice cream, dinner, bookstore........ I don't know.

Woman. 36 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: woman. In age: 33-43
Me:---I am kind, compassionate, principled, and self-reflective.---I like... book stores (any of those still around?), film, the 80s, plays, musicals, art galleries, museums, improv, comedy shows, nature, volunteering, traveling, social justice/AIDS activism.---I am an ethical vegan and an animal rights activist. Veganism is at the core of my deepest values, and it'd be super rad to date another vegan, but I'm open to dating non-vegans. ***As a corollary to the last point, it's important to me to date someone who likes animals. I love my dogs to pieces, so dating someone who doesn't like dogs would likely not work out.--I have my master's in English and teach 8th grade English. It took me way too many years to figure out that the epidemic of teenagers staring at their laps during class is not a medical ailment, but rather, they're texting.---I am responsible, stable, and honest, and I value those traits in others.--I feel most at peace when I'm in nature and/or with animals.--I find humor in a lot of things; I'm funny, quirky, sarcastic, and fun to be with.On a personal note: I was married prior to prop 8 passing and got divorced almost 3 years ago. Ultimately, I do want to find a life partner again, though I am fine with casual dating in the meantime. I'm independent, introspective, and introverted (and apparently really identify with words that contain the prefix "-in") and really value and need solitude and time alone; I hope my partner will appreciate this, as I would honor her private/alone time too.Despite my introverted nature, I have incredible, fun, funny friends who are important and valuable to me, and time with them really nourishes my soul. It's important to me that my partner also has her own friends and that we each maintain healthy social relationships outside of our relationship. I am not into neglecting my friends when I'm in a relationship, and I wouldn't expect my partner to neglect her friends either. And, getting to know each other's friends would be fun, too! Regarding children: I know, with certainty, that I never want biological children. If I do have children, I will adopt or foster- an older child/children.Feel free to ***'re nice.--You're funny.--you're fun.--You're vegan.--You want to have a vegan meal.--You don't get offended easily.--You want someone with whom to explore L.A. or other areas.--You like animals.--You want to meet at the dog park with our respective dogs.--You enjoy the journey as much as the destination.--You've read something you like and think we'd get along.Cheers!

I of course want to be able to give you guys some sort of insight of who the person I am, yet I am so much more than anything I write here. But, I'm hoping with this start you might feel interested to learn more about me and hear about you. First off I do not have a "type" of person per say. I get we all have our flaws and I like the honesty of owning them *** hiding behind them. Being yourself is the most important trait I look for. I appreciate your weird quirks and own personal life experience and hope we can mesh together. I like a person who has their own life. But, then we have ours too. I'm the total definition of an introvert..I tend to be sarcastic, in a total light hearted way. If you take me literally you may find me confusing. I'm not. :)I live alone, I smoke, I drink seldom but don't care if you do. I'm ***friendly . And again you can smoke all you want, no judgement here. I'm a vegetarian and animal rights advocate, I need my space sometimes. I love hole in the wall local coffee shops with bands. I like porn and strip clubs. I share my cigarettes and change with the homeless. I'm a clean freak, but accept my dogs hair on my pillows. I play the piano pretty damn well. I love hip hop. I have two college degrees and still not convinced I know what I want to do. I love hiking and being around water. Swimming, long boarding, waterfalls, I love it all. I am an avid reader and writer. I do a lot of "behind the scenes" But kinda like being a homebody. I'm not one of those TV is a waste of time people. There is to much terrible TV to miss. I am honest and speak my mind no matter what. I can't do passive aggressive. My family and close friends are super important to me. I love to paint, even if it does still resemble my work in first grade. In my life I hope to be surrounded by positive energy, laughter, love and lots of four legged buddies. Laughter a must.
