About me... Hi!I'm a single mom of a teenage daughter. Anyone who has a teenager knows that means I'm a taxi driver, chef, bank and therapist all rolled into one! I also help other teenagers by means of a very active position within the Royal Canadian Air Cadets. Fitness and healthy eating are important to me. I like to spin, do yoga and complete functional training. I also enjoy riding my bike and walking to the lake. The water is my happy place.
