I believe in yin and yang (here is a secret: i have a small tattoo of yin/yang on my wrist; in which well, i am the yin....and well, i'm still trying to find my yang in life...) I suppose maybe I just appreciate the whole effort for balance in life. For every negative experience, I believe you can walk away w/at least 1 positive lesson learned. The quality of our life depends on the glasses we view it through. We create our own reality based on how we choose to perceive our experiences.
