Ok...about myself...I enjoy camping, going to sporting events, having or going to BBQ's or neighborhood parties, love bonfires, being anywhere there's water, going on hikes, and biking. I love road trips to nowhere in particular, reading a good book, watching movies and football on Sundays. I'm a Packer fan for life! I know some of you may need to know that up front as it could possibly be a "deal breaker". :) I like going out occasionally with my girlfriends. I like going out for dinner and/or a movie once in a while or making dinner at home with someone I enjoy being around and spending time with. I am down to earth with a good head on my shoulders so I'm told. I have a good job and have been with the same company for 15 years. I own my own home and pay my bills on time. I think I have a good sense of humor. I like to laugh (and a lot of times it's just at myself!). I can be sarcastic and fun but usually I'm just a nice person. I don't have kids but like to spend time with my nieces and my Godsons.Right now I am looking for someone to spend some time with and get to know. They must be respectful first and foremost, honest and easy-going. And of course a good sense of humor never hurts. Eventually and ultimately I'd like to find someone to share my life with. I also coach tennis and dance. I love the beach any time of the year. There's something about the water that's just cathartic to me. People watching can be pretty entertaining, too.The fall is my favorite season, and I love everything about it... pumpkins, apple picking, hiking, Thanksgiving, etc.I've traveled all over the Caribbean, and have discovered some amazing places. I love to ski and spend many weekends in VT. I'm a big Patriots and Red Sox fan (usually goes over well around here), and I love taking road trips to see both teams play. There are few things better better than football Sundays with a roaring fire, full belly and a big glass of wine! Well, maybe a sunny Sunday spent out on the water...I'm a planner at heart, but not opposed to being spontaneous now and then. I like having things to look forward to, and have become a pseudo-"Julie McCoy" amongst my groups of friends. I'm figuring out that I have a pretty good grasp on what I'm looking for...and what I'm NOT looking for...however, it's not exactly easy to put into words. I believe in communicating not arguing; calling rather than texting. It's pretty difficult to get to know someone via text conversation.We've all got a past, and I think everything happens for a reason. I've learned that you can't judge someone based on things they have done or situations they've found themselves in because, in reality, all of those things made us who we are today. And I wouldn't change who I am for anything. We can meet for anything from a drink to dinner. I'm not much of a coffee fan, so Starbucks is out...First "meeting" doesn't count as a date, FYI :)
