Looking towards a brand new year, what opportunities exist, what possibilities lie waiting to be captured? Why not, take a stab and see? I am a single foster mother with a tremendous amount of love to give. I teach special education in an alternative school, a job that many would not choose, but I truly love. I recently had a two year old foster son, who was placed with family members and had my six year old foster son returned to me by his mother last year. I am currently working on adopting him. It indeed takes a special kind of love to be able to foster children, knowing that they may not stay forever (even when I hope that they will), but it is a fulfilling and needed job. Somehow, it opens your heart even more. It has shown me how much I enjoy being a mother and having a family, and running a home with others in it. It's much more satisfying to celebrate holidays, cook and bake, and decorate when you are doing it for someone else or with others.I'm looking for a man who I can laugh with, and play with (I have a silly side), who I can talk with endlessly. I am an extremely open and honest person. I believe that if you live your life with integrity then you have no reason to lie. I am a woman of faith and prefer a partner who hasn't closed that door.
