I work out everyday, but in short intervals, throughout the day. I am by no means a fanatic. If I'm watching tv, I'm lifting weights. If I'm grilling in the back yar working my legs or arms. If I'm cleaning, I'm wearing weights. There is always time, if you want there to be.... to be the best you.
