If you're interested in a woman who's self sufficient, goal oriented, active, adventurous, bright, has a positive outlook, a kick ass sense of humor, and a little sass, I hope you'll send me a message! I'm passionate about my beliefs but seek new information all the time, I like to try to stay open to new ideas and possibilities and embrace opportunities. I'm working up the courage to start growing some of my own food, it's a little daunting, seems like a lot of steps but I want better access to clean food and this seems like the best way to go. Recently I've spent a lot of my free time training for a Half Ironman. I finished! Now that it's over, I'll still swim, bike and run but also look forward to getting back into resistance training and other stuff I like to do like wally ball or yoga classes. My friendships mean the world to me, my closest friends really are my "framily" and critical to me since I don't have too many actual family members. I would really like to share life's adventures with someone. Life is richer when you have a person. I look forward to hearing from a smart, funny, fun-loving, active, secure guy who's interested in forming a solid relationship full of fun, support and affection.     I like to think of myself as an artist of sorts. I paint, draw, love photography, cook, write, all that artsy stuff. I love bad b movies and all the old b&w's, along with independent films. I'm a mom first and foremost, my kids (15,13,10,5) are all a bit different than most. I homeschool/unschool them, so we are a bit unique on our take of learning. Decided to go south a year ago, and love it here. I'm a bit of a country girl still, love spending time outside. I've recently decided it was time to get into shape, so have taken up walking/hiking, learning tennis and teaching myself to inline skate.We are total animal lovers, have a mini pin mix we rescued from the pound and a recently added stray pitt mix, along with an outside cat, two turtles and whatever other creatures the kids pick up from outside.
