Don't let the voice in your head be you. Never feel embarrassed or ashamed of who you are or what you love to do. Feelings of embarrassment and shame only serve to create lies and deception. Lying is taxing mentally and physically. Shed any hesitation of telling the truth. Be honest with yourself. Don't pretend to be happy when you're really sad. Just be. We're all human, we are allowed to feel. Don't close your heart to the world.Fear and anxiety are created in your mind. Don't try to fight it on the platform it was created on. Don't try to think or psyche it out. Stand up straight, chest out to the world, and let your body do the talking. A confident body posture conquers an unconfident mind. Trust yourself. It's about a group of people who live underground - I also write a lot for work, boring things like communications plans and reports, etc. et al., ad nauseum.- Nature: I love, love, LOVE being in nature and will go out of my way to do it. Seriously. I'm a true hippy in this way. I love to swim naked, love to go for long, long walks. Wandelen op de dijk. (translation: walking on the dykes) So Beautiful!
