I am a genuine, fun, outgoing girl who has been known to kick some serious Jeopardy ass. (Yeah, you heard me.) I am fit and try to eat well but not a health nut as I think it is important to have balance in life (and by 'balance' I mean chocolate). I am comfortable in a ponytail, jeans and a hoodie and enjoy going for nature walks, but also enjoy dressing up for a fun night out on the town. I am not a camping-in-a-tent kinda girl. I am...Suburb Girl! You are a fun, honest, and intelligent guy. A good communicator who is serious and responsible when need be, but also knows how to let loose and have some fun. You have a career that keeps you busy, but also have room in your life for a partner. As far as children go, I have a great 20yr old daughter who is out on her own now so I am hoping to meet someone who is at a similar stage in life (has either no children or older ones.) Cheers!PS. So I was thinking...(which usually causes trouble, btw) Why do I have nothing but clear, close-up pictures of MYSELF on my dating profile? (Am I vain or what??) Figuring that this may be the problem here, I've decided to take these photos down and replace them with one blurry-iphone-mirror-shot of myself and 7 photos of my car and my cat. Great plan, right?? I thought so too! (haha, that was a hint guys)****PS AGAIN*****Guys don't seem to take hints well. Please have a few, clear photos of YOURSELF. NOT your dog. NOT your truck. NOT your photo from the Witness Protection Program (ie. blurry, 20ft away, holding a big fish, wearing sunglasses, a hat and hipwaders...) I have photos. You will have photos. Thank you. A coffee and a chat, perhaps?

What the eff... I'll warn everyone by saying I'm a big gushy suck. (I am an emotionalist...) Also a big dork. Sometimes... sometimes not... And I have no idea what I'm doing here, but here I am! GP kinda freaks me out, its not my home, but its where I am now and I'm trying to see if its at all possible to find a soft spot in this place. I am looking to fill a void with someone that is looking to do the same. Simple. Two people mesh, or they don't. If they don't, hopefully both are adult enough to pick up and walk away in a respectful manner, sooner than later. If they do, awesome... Items extremely necessary for me are respect, compassion, understanding, common decency, sense of humor, honesty, a good mix of playfulness and seriousness... A real man who knows how to treat his girl... And on we go... I know guys tend to say this about women, but its my turn - no crazies allowed! ;)Compassion and understanding... those seem to be things we all say we have and yet its not so obviously out there. I am single and in my 30's. I have baggage. I will bet my fav jeans that you do too. I make mistakes. I will bet that you do too. We are all here to meet someONE that sticks. And all of us have our own goo to deal with but will hopefully (here or elsewhere) find someone to hold hands with while the goo tries to (and will) get in the way. While you're figuring your stuff out, guess what? I'm figuring mine out too... Simple... face to face conversation...

WHY???? Why are all the guys that I find attractive much younger and/or live far away?FYI: When you are taking a picture of yourself in a mirror, hold the phone the other way. You can see what your picture will look like in the reflection, and then you don't take a picture of you holding the phone. I swear if I have to look at anymore bathroom mirror pics I will stab myself in the eyes.PS: if you have said pic, please don't bother me.Mostly looking for someone to spend some quality time with.Looking for someone to compliment my life.I'm comfortable spending time alone, and sometimes crave it. Kill those big a$$ spiders that even the dog runs away from, and just generally looks out for my best interest.Momma's boys are fine but I would prefer that you don't still live in her basement.I love my kids.I love my pets.I love my job.I love food.I love living in BC.I love being me.
