Don't let the voice in your head be you. Never feel embarrassed or ashamed of who you are or what you love to do. Feelings of embarrassment and shame only serve to create lies and deception. Lying is taxing mentally and physically. Shed any hesitation of telling the truth. Be honest with yourself. Don't pretend to be happy when you're really sad. Just be. We're all human, we are allowed to feel. Don't close your heart to the world.Fear and anxiety are created in your mind. Don't try to fight it on the platform it was created on.
