Writing this profile is actually really challenging. I do not consider myself a literary person, despite loving to read and digesting books when ever possible. I find it challenging to be as articulate as I would want to be yet not bore the crap out of you. I could ramble on about all the sports that I enjoy such as skiing, snowshoeing, biking, kayaking, etc. but, what’s the fun in that. It would be way more fun to go out and do them. The only thing that I would not do again is roller-blade. If you only saw me (was worth a good laugh) and the valiant effort that I made. I even bought a pair one summer but that summer, the medical clinic saw more of me than anyone would wish for. Perseverance is a good word to describe me that summer. I was really determined to learn and like it. Did Not Work! I never want to see a pair again. I love the mountains, love the ocean, we have some culture and lots of events to enjoy. There are great restaurants here that please every palate and what’s more fun than sitting on a patio in the summer and taking it all in. I have a close network of friends and some of my family live here. I am social and like to get to know and chat with many people. I like to be out and laugh and just have fun because after all, life is too short not to. Ciao for nowPS I spend as many weekends as possible during the Winter at Whistler so if you have a passion for the slopes, you win brownie points in my books (not happy brownies, just plain brownies cuz we are over that stuff now). Plus, cold weather can lead to cuddling by a roaring fire and that’s always nice.PPS I am here with the intention of dating for a potential relationship if I meet that elusive someone. I am not interested in dating for the purpose of FWB or no-strings-attached friendship.

Everyone wants to be loved...so why do so many people run away from people who have love to give them? What are they scared of? Being happy? I actually heard this on one of my favorite shows--not word for word, but pretty close. These guys are actually boys--at least emotionally. I am looking for a man....not a boy...on a less intense note...hahaha...I am looking for someone who is young at heart (likes inappropriate humor) and likes to give compliments....because i like to get them..hahaha...(I like to give them too...)I love singing, love almost all types of music, except for rap, heavy metal, techno, hip hop and bluegrass. I am a down-to-earth person, kind-hearted, loyal, compassionate, affectionate, romantic and sensitive person. I have a great sense of humor and I would ultimately like to meet someone to share my life with. I also like someone who is rather on the tall side (5'8" and over) believe in monogamous dating, ie. dating one person or getting to know through dating one person at a time....otherwise, if you are talking daily with about 3 people, you aren't giving anyone a chance to get to know them...and you get confused about who has what, who said what, it's just a mess and it's not right.I'm an old-fashioned girl looking for an old-fashioned guy (flowers on the first date BONUS!!! Someone who will put me on a pedestal and will treat me like a lady). It may be hard to find him, but I think he's worth waiting for. NO WORKAHOLICS!!!I remember once a guy asked me, "so what will it take to earn a date with you?" I thought that was the sweetest way a guy ever asked me out. It made me feel AMAZING... I'm old-fashioned in some ways and i would prefer if the guy makes some plans for the first date. And to be honest, i can never think of any good ideas for the first date...haha...something fun, like going to Ed's and going bowling or somewhere that there's 5-pin bowling....I would love to go to see a movie (I rarely go out for a movie, I just stay home) ...i'll have to brainstorm on this one...
